2018 Convention Update

Hello IASC Advisors!

The 84th annual IASC State Convention is almost here!!!

Before we all arrive in Springfield, Illinois, there are a few things that I would like to go over:

1. We have an app this year! I would highly encourage you and your students to go ahead and download the app and get a feel for it before arrival at State Convention. In order to use the app you will need to do the following:
   1. Download the Attendify App
      • iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/ua/app/attendify-app/id1262403617?mt=8
      • Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.attendify.app
   2. Search for 'IASC Convention' on the Attendify searchbar
   3. Create an account, and you are ready to go for Convention
2. This is a reminder to make sure you have the Medical Form and Responsible Conduct Form filled out for your students. All students need this to register at the Convention. If you do not have these forms, they are attached to this email.
3. This is another reminder to double check that all advisors have emailed their room assignments to the Hotel Manager - Karin Tilton. If you have not done so, please email her and inform her of your rooming assignments. Her email is [email protected].
4. As always, we will be having a dance on Friday night after the banquet. On behalf of our DJ, I would like to inform you that it will be a Blacklight Dance, so be sure all of your students bring their neon clothes.
