The IASC is excited to announce that Kellsie's Hope Foundation has been selected as this year's state service project.

Get Involved

Kellsie Marchbanks was a 15 year old student at Collinsville High School, right here in Illinois, when she began her battle with cancer in early 2006. During her second round of treatment, she formed Kellsie’s Hope to provide support, trips, and gifts to other families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis. Following her passing in 2011, her family continued Kellsie’s work, and the organization has only grown from there. Over the years the support has expanded to include raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research and awarding several annual scholarships to students entering the nursing profession.

The IASC invites you to help raise awareness and funds for the organization as part of this years’ service project. Kellsie’s Hope has created a special fundraising page just for the IASC to help track our progress: https://fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/IASC. This page allows your council to create a team and share the fundraising page with your family, friends, community members, and social media. Upon completion of your project, please complete and return the Validation Form along with a copy of your donation receipt. All validation forms must be returned by April 26, 2024.

Requirements

Make a donation and submit a project validation form by April 26, 2024.
